Tuna and Avocado Salad
Ingredients Required - 1 whole ripe Avocado, 10 oz White Tuna (drained), 1 tsp Lime Chopped onion & tomato (optional), Salt & Pepper to taste, Lettuce (optional), 6 Real Foods Corn Thins.
Directions:
1. Empty contents of Tuna fish into a medium size bowl.
2. Slice, de-pit the Avocado. Scoop out the Avocado meat and place it into the bowl with the Tuna fish.
3. Add 1 tsp Lime
4. Add chopped onion and tomato (optional)
5. Add Salt & Pepper
6. Blend ingredients together using a hand-held blender or the Magic Bullet.
7. Top Corn Thins with lettuce (optional)
8. Spread Tuna & Avocado Salad mixture on top of lettuce (Optional). May serve with a slice of Tomato vs. adding to mixture.
9. Serve
